Contacted the affiliate manager, and after few days they removed the max cashout term from their bonus term and fixed it so that the player got the whole amount of 3765€
The player was accused of Bonus abuse and using strategy when playing.
Talked with our affiliate manager and after a few emails and Skype calls, they noticed that the failure was on their system they fixed it + gave all the confiscated money to the player
