Customerservice answers slowly and casino dont respect responsible gaming regulations.
I had sent self-exclusion request by email and casino answered to it with ”welcome to Maxxwin”-promotion email. Later I managed to open account to Maxxwin even by regulations they should have not let me open account. Casino denies ever receiving my self-exclusion email or that they had sent me that welcoming mail, despite I have the evidence.
